Honestly no complaints whatsoever. Deluxe hotel with very amiable staff, close to restaurants and bars. Beautifully decorated rooms with comfy beds, a kettle, central heating, and a TV set. A wide array of goodies for breakfast.

the owner was incredibly welcoming and friendly, making me feel right at home. Despite the lively atmosphere of the bar, the owner assured me that the noise would quiet down by 11pm. the beds were comfortable, and I enjoyed a hot and powerful shower in my clean bathroom. the rooms were nicely decorated, creating a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. I was also pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices of the drinks. Cons: Nothing to complain about here! 👌.

The value for money at Pavilion was excellent, and the room had a cozy and chic decor that made us feel right at home. The location was great for traveling and exploring London, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made the morning meal better would be the addition of more options for breakfast.

my second stay in orpington surpassed expectations. pavilion was cosy, with comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location for travel into london. the decor and little touches, like the iphone charger lamp, added to the overall charm of the place.

The Pavilion Hotel had a garden, a shared lounge, and a bar. It was like staying in a backyard with friends, if your friends had a bar and a fancy lounge.
Who needs clear signage and lighting, right? It's so fun stumbling around in the dark trying to find my way.

The Pavilion provided a comfortable stay with friendly staff, comfortable beds, and clean rooms. the mattress was really comfortable, and the shower had good pressure. the addition of a lamp that charged iPhones was very handy. the location was convenient for our needs, with close proximity to parking and travel options. the owner was welcoming and the drinks were cheap. a great experience for couples.
Felt like treated like royalty, nothing to complain about.
